Mandatory Information Meeting - Wednesday Feb 8th at 7:30pm in JH1, John Hume Building
Well now, there'll be a mandatory open information meeting next Wednesday Feb 8th at 7:30pm in JH1, John Hume Building. Arrive earlier if you have some bike questions. Last chance to pay deposit and secure your place.
You'll be able to ask questions about the weekend, learn about what's involved, get cycling tips, pick up a sponsorship card, book a room with your friends, (your closer friends that is, sure we're all the one now). All ye registrants will be getting an email about it as well anyway
Registration Closing Friday 27th of January
Thanks to the fantastic interest in this year's cycle we'll be closing registration on Friday 27th of January to make sure ye all have good sleeps and fun in Galway.
So make sure to tell everyone you know who might be interested. 'Twould be an awful shame to miss it.
Also, Sponsorship cards are now available from the SU in the college, at training cycles or from committee members.

Registration for Galway Cycle 2012 has officially been closed!
All deposits must be paid by the 8th of February to confirm your place

Official launch and Opening of Registration December 13th
Big NEWS, Tuesday next, the 13th of December, we’re holding the official launch event for the 25th Galway Cycle. The cycle will be launched by the President of the University, Philip Nolan, who will be joining us on the cycle to Galway this year, and P.J Gallagher on behalf of Down Syndrome Ireland.
We’re putting our best foot forward with plenty attractions and distractions on the day including games and the iRadio team and hope to see as many of your friendly faces as possible.
Registration opens the day of the launch so if you are interested in being a cyclist or a collector register here early to avoid disappointment. All cyclists fully registered before February 14th will get personalised cycling jersies.
